Shipping

Each candle is carefully packaged using kraft boxes and kraft crinkle paper. It can take 1-3 business days before candle ships. If you need a candle expedited, we can usually accommodate the request, please send us a message. As a small business, larger orders may take longer to ship.

Please note the shipping times estimated at checkout are not guaranteed by Midheaven Candles as items are shipped by USPS and FedEx.

 

Returns / Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product, returns are not accepted. Midheaven Candles hand-pours and carefully inspects each candle before it is shipped. If any product is defective or damaged during shipment please contact support@midheavencandles.com. Photographic proof of the damaged product is required within 7 days of delivery. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
